PEER (Program for Excellence and Equity in Research) aims to create a “program of excellence” that implements innovations and leverages existing resources across the UTK campus to generate more accomplished, competitive and determined under represented minority Ph.Ds.

As part of this curriculum, BioQUEST staff will present the second annual Skills for Success workshop to first year PEER graduate students as well as other first year UTK  graduate students from other programs. Participants are expected to engage in interactive group work that focuses on computational tools and data used to address current biological problems.
