Willing to achieve deeper knowledge in our students, it is important for us to develop some classroom activities illustrating how the fundamentals physical laws studied in introductory undergraduate physics courses, can be used to explain the results obtained in electrophoresis.
Also, we will develop additional activities illustrating how genetic profiles obtained from electrophoresis can be used to provide evidence in criminal and paternity cases and to identify human remains in catastrophic events.
