Field Testing: How
Step 1.
Please fill out a faculty survey form for each case you have field tested. If possible, ask your students working on case modules to fill out the student survey. A
lso, please send some of your students' work (the good, bad and off-the-wall). Samples of student products such as KWL charts (what do you know/what do you need to know), posters, web pages, etc. would be a great help!
Using any of the buttons below, please select a downloadable form in Word or PDF format or fill out the online form:
Step 2. Next, return your surveys and/or additional materials one of several ways:
Submit it online Fax your completed form to Carrie Litzelfelner at 573-986-6792 Email an electronic copy to Margaret Waterman Mail forms and/or materials to Margaret Waterman at the address shown below. (You will probably want to do this with any student surveys and samples.)Step 3. Finally, your survey will be reviewed by LifeLines staff and followed up with a brief phone interview. Peter Woodruff, Linda Weinland, Ethel Stanley or Margaret Waterman will phone you to set a time when you can talk for about 20 minutes. We will be asking for additional details about your experience implementing LifeLines cases in your biology classroom.
If you have any questions about the process, please contact us!
We hope this works for you. Several LifeLines participants have successfully completed this field testing process. Their responses helped us create this plan, so many thanks for their pioneering effort!
