Multiple Alignment

These two worksheets implement a dynamic programming algorithm for simultaneous alignment of multiple sequences. The user inputs three sequences and sets scoring parameters for matches, mismatches, and gaps; the worksheet then calculates the optimal 3D trace-back path and displays the optimal alignment. Separate worksheets are available for global and local alignment.
