Pairwise Alignment

These two worksheets implement a dynamic programming algorithm for pairwise sequence alignment. The user inputs three sequences and sets scoring parameters for matches, mismatches, and gaps; the worksheet then calculates the optimal trace-back path, from which the user can determine the optimal alignment. Separate worksheets are available for global and local alignment.
