Attempted to decicide which particular restriction enzyme would discriminate best between the sequences of the data set. Scanning the restriction map of all enzyme, we selected three enzymes that cut the most no. of times in all sequences. Using the selected enzymes we rerun the analyses and found that they dicrimate the different sequences. |
